Lifetime of Vacations Draw

Everyone who tours the Pelican Marina Residences is automatically entered in the weekly drawing. No purchase is necessary. The names of winners will be posted here on a regular basis. Click for this week’s winner of the Lifetime of Vacations drawing

The Pelican Gym

Located at Pelican Marina Residences and overlooking Simpson Bay, the new Pelican Resort Gym offers owners and guests state of the art fitness, weight and cardiovascular equipment so that they can keep up with their daily fitness regime even on vacation.

The spacious facility is centrally air-conditioned and has plenty of natural lighting, rubber flooring in the fitness and cardio area, flat screen TVs, bathrooms, showers, lockers, a juice bar and an area for relaxing. The gym is currently open from 7 a.m. to noon and from 4 to 8 p.m. Rates for use: $8 US per person per day, $40 US per week and $95 for four weeks; Couples rates: $10 per day, $55 per week and $140 for four weeks.

The Bar

Does the sea air make you hungry? You’ll find your favorite snacks and grilled dishes at the new pool bar in Pelican Marina Residences. The menu features burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, BBQ ribs and grilled seafood, steaks and chicken. Open daily: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The perfect spot for an evening cocktail before or after dinner, the Pelican Marina Residences lobby bar is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Satellite TV is available so that you can keep track of your favorite sport, watch movies and music videos.

The French Bakery

Au Pain de Sucre serves freshly baked croissants, pastries, baguettes, coffee and ice cream. Pizzas and roast chicken are also available to go. Open 8 a.m. - 2 p.m., 5 - 10 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays. The bakery and coffee shop is located along from tennis court IV in the building where the doctor’s surgery used to be, across the street from Hollywood Casino, Pelican Resort Club.

Shopping for Jewelry at Splash's Two Locations

Offering shoppers a fine collection of gems and jewelry and 30 years of experience, local jeweler Splash Jewelry now has two locations at St Maarten Pelican Resort: the Hollywood Casino and the lobby at Pelican Marina Residences.

Preregistration

There will be two check-in desks at Pelican Marina Residence. The larger side will be for Pelican Resort Club guests and the side closer to the jewelry store will be Marina Residence. We will have personalized assistance upon arrival from the sales promoters to all owners and guests. There will be a clerk assigned for the “express check in” (owners who pre-check in on-line) at the concierge desk across from the main lobby desk.
