The Pelican Board has decided that Pelican owners will enjoy the convenience of receiving bills electronically and with every bill sent this way, we are helping to save the environment. Going paperless will reduce cost and waste associated with printing and invoice processing so more of your money will go into your resort.

We are pleased to carry out your requests for this process and hope to look for more ways of implementing socially conscious programs for our members.

In October 2008, your Annual Maintenance Fee Bill will be mailed out to your physical address. This will be the only paper document you will be receiving this year. Your AGM package and Voting Proxy will be available online to easily view and print.

AGM package and Voting Proxy paper copies will no longer be mailed.
