In order to process your pre-registration form, all fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

The Pre-registration Card for Pelican Resort is now available online. The form is in an interactive format, which means you can fill it out on your computer and then print and sign it and bring it with you on your next trip. When you print the form, the staff at the Front Desk will automatically receive a copy and prepare all your check-in material, including your card keys, so there will be no more waiting in lines, just open the form online, fill it out, print it and you are on your way to the beach.

To be able to take advantage of pre-registration check-in you must follow these simple steps:

1. CLICK HERE FOR PELICAN RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION CARD >>. Fill out all the information requested (* is mandatory), read the disclaimer and print the form.

2. After you have printed the form please make sure that all the villa occupants sign it. You give this form to the receptionist when you check in at Pelican Resort.

3. At the Front Desk the receptionist will exchange your printed Pre-registration Card for an envelope containing your card keys and all the information you need to make your stay memorable.

4. You have to fill out one form per unit, per week.

5. Guests arriving at different times must proceed to regular check in.

6. This is not a confirmation of your stay; this form is only for owners and reservations that have already been confirmed.

7. Pelican Resort is not responsible for problems caused by events beyond our control (force majeure) or systems failures. It may take you a few minutes to check in if several families arrive at the same time.

After you print the form, click the submit button and the Front Desk will automatically receive the Pre-registration Card via email with your complete and updated information, except for the signatures, which you will provide when you arrive.

Please take note You may send your preregistration form up to 15 days prior to your arrival in St. Maarten and the time limit for receiving forms is 9 a.m. on the Thursday before you are due to travel to the Pelican Resort. Forms received after 9 a.m. on Thursday will not be processed. Enjoy your stay and the beach!
